Myer Melbourne celebrated it’s 100th Birthday last night and grand opening of the new store with a star studded black carpet event! The four year renovation is now complete costing $300 million. Celebrities included the faces of the store, Jennifer Hawkins, Kris Smith, Rebecca Judd, Lauren Phillips, Jessica Hart plus 500 guests! Other celebrities included Guy Sebastian who performed at a concert in the historic Mural Hall hosted by Bert Newton and guests like Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Vince Collosimo, Ruby Rose and so on! There were performances on every level and guests were well treated with great food and champagne! The store will open at 8.30 am today for its grand opening with the cutting of the ribbon outside the Bourke Street entrance with CEO Bernie Brookes, Lord Mayor Robert Doyle, Jennifer Hawkins and some other special people!
